"Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced, honestly this is the second review I've ever done and Im doing this review because I wanted to let people know about how great it was. I had a bunch of questions about what the policy covers and prices stuff like that and Brandon answered them all, he explained everything so it was more then just answering a question to me. "Brandon helped me finalize an auto quote over the phone that I had initiated online. He was helpful and informative, but not at all pushy. I was able to save over $100 a month from what we were paying with another insurance co. I like that I was emailed our insurance cards immediately and that we can also access them digitally in the app at any time. So far so good, great job State Farm and thanks Brandon!"
